1on1 PT sessions are 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour custom sessions. Online Coaching provides meal plans and workout plans as well as full coaching support by us. Workout plans are changed every 2 months and Meal plans are tweaked depending on your progress and phase of training. Client feedback and photo progress submission is required every week.
Use for online Coaching and Follow-ups if you cannot attend in person.
